The position requires primarily physician marketing in the PSL/Stuart area in order to educate physicians and receive referrals for outpatient therapy services of PT, OT and SLP. LifeCare is an Outpatient therapy provider that is unique in that we provide these services both at our facility in Tamarac but mainly in the patient’s home. We have a disease management system of providing care to the frail elderly that emphasizes quality and collaboration with our referral sources and payors. LifeCare also treats work injury patients and post-surgical patients. We specialize in care for several chronic and disease states of our patients with the end goal of maintaining and improving the patient’s ability to remain home with functional independence and safety.
We treat patients covered by Medicare and several other insurance payors as well as some private patients and managed care patients. We are not a Home Health Agency; we have the highest national accreditation as an Outpatient Therapy Provider. We have been established for 25 years and serve Dade through Martin counties.
We will consider energetic entry level candidates and have existing business for then to take over however, the ideal employee will have physician contacts already established in the area (which could include as far south as Jupiter) that they could quickly receive referrals from and serve as a base business that we would help develop and grow. HOME HEALTH CARE RECRUITER
Recruit caregivers for home health care assignments, short and long term cases. Find prospective independent contractor caregivers, screen and interview, verify credentials, reference check, process and provide orientation. CNAs, HHAs, LPNs and RNs. Use Matrixcare software to manage prospects during the path from inquiry to the first case. Manage recruitment tools and present to schools and other related organizations. Assist with other home health care operations inside and outside of the office.
The successful candidate will have a CNA, HHA or LPN license, be experienced in home health caregiver recruitment in the South Florida / Treasure Coast area and have an extroverted personality. Spanish speaking is a plus!

Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist
SandyPines in Tequesta, FL is recruiting a full time Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) for the Residential Treatment Center.
The CTRS provides Therapeutic Recreation services to residents as part of the treatment team to meet their specific physical and psychological needs in accordance with Sandy Pines’ policies and procedures. The position is an exempt, full time position. Generally the schedule will be 40 hour per week, evening and/or weekend hours will be required to accommodate the individualized needs of the residents and families served.
Must be a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist with at least one (1) year experience in Recreation/Vocational/Activities Therapy, or Mental Health field. Master’s degree in Counseling or related field is preferred. R.O.P.E.S. certified with children and adolescents preferred.
